Data Deletion

You can ask BoostReplies to delete your account data, a workspace you control, or data received through a connected Meta or WhatsApp account.

How to request deletion

  • Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your BoostReplies account.
  • Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
  • Identify the account email, workspace name, and connected WhatsApp Business Account or phone number concerned. Do not include passwords or access tokens.
  • Tell us whether you want a specific integration disconnected, its imported data deleted, or the entire account and controlled workspace deleted.

What happens next

We will verify your identity and authority over the account or workspace. Once verified, we will disconnect the requested integration and delete or anonymize the data under our control, except information we must retain for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate recordkeeping. We will confirm when the request is complete.

Disconnecting WhatsApp

A workspace administrator can disconnect a WhatsApp channel from the BoostReplies Channels page. This revokes BoostReplies use of the stored channel credential and stops normal message synchronization. To request deletion of previously stored messages, contacts, and related metadata, follow the email process above.

Meta and WhatsApp records

Deleting data from BoostReplies does not automatically delete records controlled independently by Meta, WhatsApp, your business portfolio, message recipients, or another connected provider. Use those providers' account and business settings for data they control.
