Terms of Service

1. Accounts and authority

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and be authorized to act for every organization, workspace, messaging account, and phone number you connect. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your workspace members.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use BoostReplies for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or harmful activity.
• Do not send spam, evade consent or opt-out requirements, probe security, interfere with the service, or access data you are not authorized to use.
• Follow the rules of each connected provider, including Meta and WhatsApp Business Messaging policies, as well as applicable privacy, marketing, and telecommunications laws.

3. Customer data and messaging

You retain responsibility for the data and content you submit or process. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, transmit, analyze, and otherwise process that data to provide and secure BoostReplies. You are responsible for obtaining required notices, permissions, and consent from your customers and contacts.

4. AI-assisted features

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and configuring automation appropriately. Do not rely on BoostReplies for professional legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical advice. You remain responsible for messages sent manually or automatically from your workspace.

5. Third-party services

BoostReplies interoperates with services such as WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram, email providers, and AI providers. Their terms, availability, reviews, pricing, and technical limits are outside our control. We are not responsible for a third party suspending an account, rejecting a message, changing an API, or ending a service.

6. Fees and changes

Paid plans, usage limits, taxes, renewals, and cancellation terms will be shown when you subscribe. We may change or discontinue features, but will provide reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects an active paid service where practicable.

7. Ownership and feedback

BoostReplies and its software, design, documentation, and branding belong to us and our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, comply with law or provider requirements, address nonpayment, or respond to a material breach. Data deletion requests are handled as described on our Data Deletion page.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, message delivery, AI accuracy, or continued availability of third-party integrations. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages or lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.
