Send a DM when someone comments
Answer comments on your Instagram or Facebook posts automatically, in public and in private.

- Go to Automations and click New automation.
- Choose Comment a word, get a DM. For a giveaway, choose Reply to every comment.
- Pick the Instagram account or Facebook Page to watch, and whether it applies to all your posts or just one.
- Add the words to look for, like price or link. Capitals don't matter, but the whole word has to be there: “price” matches “what's the price?” but not “priceless”.
- Write the public reply that goes under the comment and the private message they'll receive. You can add their first name with one click, and up to three buttons, such as a link to your shop.
- Read the summary, leave Turn it on when I save ticked, and save.
Get more followers
On Instagram, you can ask people to follow you before they get the private message. Switch on Ask them to follow first. BoostReplies checks the follow, then sends the message.
