Connect Instagram

Bring your Instagram direct messages and comments into BoostReplies.

You can connect an Instagram account that's set up as a Business or Creator account. You don't need a Facebook Page.

Before you start

Check that your account is a Business or Creator account. If it's still a personal account, switch it in your account settings in the Instagram app. It's free and only takes a minute.

Connect your account

Go to Channels and click Connect Instagram.
Click Continue with Instagram and sign in.
Allow the permissions Instagram asks for. BoostReplies needs them to read and answer your messages.
You're sent back to BoostReplies, and your account shows as Connected.

New direct messages now appear in your inbox. Comments on your posts and reels can also start automations.
