Reply instantly to new messages

Send an automatic answer to every new message, or only to messages with certain words.

Two automations help with direct messages:

Reply instantly to every DM: everyone who writes gets a short reply right away, so nobody waits in silence while you're away.
Answer a question in the DMs: when a message mentions a word like shipping or hours, the customer gets your answer within seconds.

Go to Automations and click New automation.
Pick one of the two, choose the channels it should answer on, and write the reply.
Read the summary and save.

When an automation answers a message, the AI agent doesn't answer that same message, so customers never get two replies.
