Send a WhatsApp template
Message a WhatsApp customer at any time with an approved template.
Sign in to open your inbox- Open the WhatsApp conversation in the Inbox.
- Click Send template in the reply area.
- Choose an approved template. Use the search if you have many.
- Fill in the details, like the customer's name. The preview shows exactly what they'll receive.
- Click Send template, or choose Schedule for later to pick a date and time.
Only templates marked Approved appear in the list. If one is missing, it may still be in review. Create a WhatsApp template
Scheduled templates wait above the reply box until they're sent, and you can cancel them there.
