Send one message to many customers
Message several conversations at once. Each person receives it on their own channel.
Sign in to open your inbox- In the Inbox, click Select conversations.
- Tick the conversations you want, then click Message.
- Check the recipients and remove anyone who shouldn't get it.
- Write your message, attach a file if you need one, and send it.
Each person gets the message in their own conversation, as if you'd written to them one by one. Big sends continue in the background while you keep working.
Who can receive it
Contacts on Telegram and your website chat can receive it at any time. On WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, only people who wrote to you in the last 24 hours can. You'll see who will and won't receive it before you send.
Afterwards, you'll see who got the message and who didn't, and why. Failed messages wait in their conversation, where you can retry them.
