Sign in to open ChannelsOn Telegram, customers chat with a bot that belongs to your business. You create the bot with BotFather, Telegram's official tool, and connect it to BoostReplies with a token.
Create your bot
- In Telegram, open @BotFather(opens in a new tab).
- Send /newbot and answer two questions: the name people will see, then a username that ends in “bot”.
- BotFather replies with a token, a long code that starts with numbers and a colon. Copy it.
Connect it to BoostReplies
- Go to Channels and click Connect Telegram.
- Enter a Display name and paste the token into Bot token.
- Click Connect. Your bot shows as Connected.
Now share your bot's link, t.me/ followed by its username, on your website and social profiles so customers can find it.
