Link your WhatsApp Business number so customer messages land in your inbox.
Sign in to open ChannelsBoostReplies connects to WhatsApp through Meta, the company that owns it. You sign in with Facebook, choose your business and verify your number. It takes a few minutes.
Before you start
- A Facebook account that manages your business on Meta. If your business isn't set up there yet, Meta helps you create it during sign-up.
- A phone number that can receive a text message or a call, so Meta can send you a verification code.
- A number that isn't active in the WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app. If it is, use another number, or delete that WhatsApp account from the app first. Chats from the app don't carry over.
Connect your number
- Go to Channels and click Connect WhatsApp.
- Enter a Display name. Only your team sees it, in your list of channels.
- Choose a 6-digit Two-step PIN. It protects your number on WhatsApp, so keep it somewhere safe.
- Click Continue with Facebook and follow Meta's steps: pick your business, add your phone number and enter the code you receive.
- When the Meta window closes, WhatsApp shows as Connected under Your channels.
