Teach your agent about your business
Your agent only knows what you tell it. Here's what to give it.
Sign in to open the AI AgentYour agent uses three sources of information:
- Your description: what you offer, who your customers are and what a good conversation looks like.
- Files: a price list, a product guide, a menu or your policies. Up to 20 files in TXT, Markdown, CSV or Word (.docx) format, 2 MB each at most.
- Saved answers: the questions customers ask most, with your exact answers. For example, “How long does delivery take?” and “Orders arrive in 3 to 5 working days.”
Add information
- Open AI Agent and go to the Your business step.
- Write or update your description.
- Click Add a file, or Add an answer under saved answers.
- Make sure Use saved business information is switched on, then save.
New files and answers are available right away. Changes to the description and the switch apply when you save.
